Consultations are primarily conducted online.
Before the consultation, you need to make a prepayment for the first hour of the consultation. Further costs are agreed upon individually with each client.
Legal matters can be complex, so we also offer an additional service – a summary of the consultation (for an additional fee, as agreed). This is a clear and structured overview of the information provided during the consultation, key recommendations, and possible solutions.
Legal consultations - 50 euros for the first hour, 25 euros for every additional 30 minutes.
Written summary of the consultation - starting from 50 euros (depending on the complexity and scope of the case, the final amount is agreed upon).
Drafting of various legal documents - letters/applications/explanations/claims/complaints to an institution – starting from 50 euros.
Appeal of institutional decisions (administrative acts) - starting from 100 euros.
Drafting a statement of claim/notice of appeal to the court - starting from 150 euros.
Drafting a cassation complain (to the Supreme Court) – starting from 250 euros.
Drafting an explanations/counterclaim/ancillary complaint to the court – starting from 150 euros.
Requests to the court – starting from 50 euros.
Drafting an application to the Constitutional Court (Satversmes tiesa), European Court of Human Rights – by agreement.
Representation in court hearings (civil procedure, administrative procedure) – the first hour is 100 euros, each additional hour is 25 euros (travel expenses outside of Riga/Jurmala are additional). If the court hearing is canceled/rescheduled after arriving to the court – 50 euros + travel expenses.
Preparation of contracts/agreements – starting from 150 euros.
📌The exact payment for the service is determined individually through agreement and depends on the total volume of work. Additionally, the client may need to cover expenses for notarial services (if necessary), translation, bailiff services, etc.
N/B In litigation, expenses for lawyer's services are not reimbursed to the parties. If you wish to have the costs related to legal assistance reimbursed as a result of a favorable court judgment, you must contact a sworn attorney (zvērināts advokāts).
